China Ludao Technology Co.,Ltd (HK2023) announced that two industrial lands and supporting land (reserved for construction of aerosol production workshop, headquarters office building, R &D center, office building, quality monitoring and testing center and staff dormitory, etc.) located in Sanmen County, have been planned as aerosol Health Industrial Park by Sanmen County People's government.
In view of the fact that the land will cooperate with the group's main business (i.e. production and sale of aerosols and related products), on May 21, 2019,China Ludao technology, through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Ludao Industry Co., Ltd., submitted an investment proposal for the possible acquisition of the land to the people's Government of Sanmen County. The investment proposal shall not be implemented until Sanmen County People's government has carried out legal bidding procedures.
Ludao technology plans to use the land as production facilities and supporting facilities for various aerosol products of the construction group. Therefore, in terms of location, area and time, the possible acquisition will be an appropriate opportunity for the group to cooperate with its expansion plan.
