Ludao’s R&D center was founded in 2008, it’s history over 12 years already. Now R&D center has 82 technical personnel with 2041m²office place.In 2011, the research center was awarded《Technology Research and Development Center》by Taizhou Science and Technology Bureau. In 2012, it was awarded《Provincial High-tech Enterprise Research Center》by the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Department, and《Taizhou Municipal Technology Center》by the Taizhou Economic and Information Commission. In 2014, The center awarded 《China Household Environmental Protection Aerosol Technology R&D Center》by the China Packaging Federation. Ludao technology has a strong management team and technical team, putting in R&D, prudction and sales into integrated, mainly specializing in household cleaning aerosols, car cleaning aerosols, fabric care aerosols, animal and plant care aerosols, killing products and air fresheners series. All of types more than 200 classes.
In terms of hardware, Ludao technology has a GMP workshop of 100,000 grade, 26pcs automatic aerosol production lines, and an annual production capacity of 200 million cans.
The R&D department covers 2300 square meters,with 10,000 grade purification level micro-test room, a biological testing site simulation laboratory. a household washing laboratory, and a series of automotive development experiments, etc.The company equipped with a Winner spray laser particle size analyzer, aerosol Pilot filling machines, gas chromatograph, explosion-proof ovens, simulated automobile transportation vibration testing machines and other modern testing instruments and equipment provide a more refined and scientific data powerful aerosol production line for R&D and production.
